George Kashindi


Mr George Kashindi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 16 years’ experience as a practicing advocate. He is the Team Leader at Training & Consulting Associates Limited with over ten (10) years of experience with the firm. He holds a Masters’ of Law (LLM) in Financial Services Law from the University of Nairobi. George previously worked at Kenya Revenue Authority as a Senior Legal Officer and has considerable experience in taxation and revenue matters.

He also has tremendous experience in the legal/ regulatory sector and has undertaken trainings on strategy, compliance, legal, regulatory and governance audits,  board effectiveness and evaluation for a number of Kenyan corporations including NHIF, Sidian Bank, National Water & Pipeline Corporation and Kwale County. He has also trained a number of Advocates on how to conduct Legal and Governance Audits through a training programme offered by the firm on Legal Audits. As a lawyer, George currently acts for regulators including National Construction Authority, Kenya National Highways Authority, Agriculture and Food Authority, Kenya Ports Authority, NGO Coordination Board to name but a few. He has been the team leader in conducting legal, regulatory and compliance audits for various entities in the public sector and well as blue chip companies including Safaricom Limited, Electricity Generating Company (KenGen), National Hospital Insurance Fund, Technical University of Mombasa, Kenya Literature Bureau, Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Post Office Savings Bank among others.
