George Kashindi is the Team Leader. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 14 years’ standing. He has extensive experience gained on a number of high profile tax, constitutional and commercial litigation. He is currently undertaking his Masters’ degree in law (LLM) at the University of Nairobi specializing in Financial Services Law.
Mr. Kashindi regularly acts for policy makers and regulators such as the NGOs Coordination Board, NHIF, Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Authority (AFFA), KeNTRADE, Kenya School of Law (KSL), Kenya Airports Authority (KAA), Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) among others.
Mr. Kashindi has undertaken regulatory, legal and governance audits for a number of Kenyan corporations including NHIF, Sidian Bank, National Water & Pipeline Corporation and Kwale County. He has also trained a number of Advocates on how to conduct Legal and Governance Audits through a training programme offered by the firm on Legal Audits.
Dr. Seth Wekesa, Director, Training and Consultancy

Dr. Seth Wekesa is the Director of Training and Consultancy at the Firm. He is also a lecturer of law at the University of Nairobi, School of Law, Parklands Campus. He holds a Ph.D in Law earning his Doctorate of Laws from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2016. He also holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights and Democratization in Africa from the University of Pretoria and anothe11r Master of Laws in Commercial and Financial Services Law from University of Nairobi.
Dr. Wekesa holds an Undergraduate Law Degree with First Class Honours from the University of Nairobi. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is also trained as a Certified Public Secretary. He is both a DAAD scholar and a scholar of the European Union.
Dr. Wekesa teaches Law and Governance, Administrative Law NGO Law and Devolution Law amongst others. Additionally he possess extensive experience in training, legislative drafting, legal audits and consultancy. He has trained county officials on county governance and legislative drafting of county bills. He has trained government officials on legal audits in additional to conducting a number of legal and governance audits for State corporations and private companies such as NHIF, Post Bank, Safaricom etc.

She has a proven track record in dealing with multicultural clientele, setting up rapport with customers, outstanding follow up and enthusiasm to deliver high standard service to achieve client satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
She has worked with High profiled company as An Administrator including Nokia Care, Resolution Insurance and Price Waterhouse coopers. She has gained more experience In Training as well and has consistently demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative in support of top management with flexibility in working well in cross-functional teams. Possess strong communication, analytical, organization, coordination, time management and interpersonal skills.
